This problem is caused by an unknown interoperability issue with the Juniper Network Service and the physical wireless adapter when Pulse Desktop Client is installed.

To solve this issue, disable the Juniper Network Service

  1. Ensure that Pulse VPN is connected.

  2. Open Control Panel and select Network and Sharing Center then select Change adapter settings.

  3. Right-click on the WiFi adapter

    and select

  4. Select Properties.

  5. Uncheck Image RemovedImage Removed

    Un-check the box for

    Juniper Network Service.

  6. Click OK.

  7. Right-click on the Pulse Secure virtual adapter

    and select

  8. Select Properties.

  9. Uncheck

    Un-check the box for Juniper Network Service.

  10. Click OK.

    Reboot
  11. Restart your computer.
