UConn Anyware provides UConn students, faculty, and staff access to a virtual Windows 10 desktop through Citrix Workspace. These desktops have University university-licensed software installed on them, including the Microsoft Office 365 suite, AutoCAD, and MATLAB.

Using Anyware, you can easily copy and paste files and text between the desktop and your computer .
File Transfer
Your P and Q drive(s) are mapped automatically to Anyware. The P drive is a deprecated service and will eventually be unavailable as an option. For more information please refer to this Knowledge Base Article. Therefore, files stored on these drives should be accessible directly through Anyware without the need to transfer them from your local computerusing the built-in keyboard shortcuts for copy/paste (Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V in Windows, ⌘+C/⌘+V in macOS).
Connected drives
You can use connected local drives in Anyware when accessed via Citrix Workspace.
Connected drives are only supported on Windows computers.
