Students, faculty and staff can grant people and groups permission to view, edit, and manage their Outlook calendar.
These are directions for New Outlook. If you are using Classic Outlook, view this page.
Below are the three levels of access you may assign others:
Share: When you share your calendar, people or groups can view information about your availability. You can choose how much information they may see (busy, titles and location, or all details). This level of access can be granted to people outside of UConn.
Editor: An editor can view your calendar information and make changes to it. Editor access is restricted to people within UConn.
Delegate: Delegates have the access described above but and can also schedule and respond to meetings invitations on your behalf. Delegate access is restricted to people within UConn.

Delegates

You can let delegate view events that you have marked private in your calendar by checking the box below the dropdown menu. Otherwise, the details about a private event are not viewable.
Once you have shared delegate access, you may also determine who receives invitations and responses.
Revoking Access
Return to the “Sharing and permissions” dialog box if you wish to update or remove access to your calendar.
To remove access, click the trash can icon in the row with the person or group you wish to change.
