Students, faculty, and staff may use the Check Links tool in HuskyCT courses to view and edit all the hyperlinks in courses in which they have the Instructor role, or other editing roleare an instructor or may edit. The Check Links tool presents lists all of the course’s hyperlinks in your course in on one screen , allowing you to and lets them quickly edit your preexisting links.

  • image-20241030-172743.pngImage Added : means the link is questionable. This signifies that the page is temporarily unavailable or if the link is to a cloud item (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) the item may not be shared.

  • image-20241030-172944.pngImage Added: means the link is active and leads to the correct destination.

  • image-20241030-173010.pngImage Added : means the link is broken/inaccessible. This could mean a variety of things such a link being an old Google Drive link instead of a OneDrive link, the item is not shared, or the page no longer exists/has been deleted.

  1. Visit HuskyCT.

  2. Click on Tools in the left-hand menu and then click on Qwickly Course Tools.

  3. (blue star) If this is your first time using these tools, you will be asked to allow them to integrate with your HuskyCT account. Allow this integration.

  4. Once the tools page opens, click on Check Links in the left menu.

  5. Select at least one of your courses from the list.

  6. Once you select a course, all of the hyperlinks in the course will be listed in this window.
    Here, you can view and edit your existing hyperlinks.

Follow the steps above to edit a linkfind your links.

  1. Click on the pencil icon that sits to the right of the hyperlink.

  2. Paste the new link into the popup windows.
