Values
The first digit represents the century, the second and third digits denote the year, and the fourth digit signifies the term according to the following key:
1 for Winter Session,
3 for Spring,
5 for Summer,
and 8 for Fall.

Notes
The term designation appears across various sections of the student record database. This four-character numeric term is utilized in fields such as admit term, completion term, requirement term, expected graduation term, articulation term, and more.
Term is also used in conjunction with a student attribute to categorize students into cohorts. For instance, undergraduate first-year students commencing their undergraduate career in Fall 2024 would possess a student attribute of UGFR, paired with a value (term) of 1248.
