Forms can be used by instructors to receive student feedback or to learn about students' opinions and interests.  Instructors can adjust the settings of the form, i.e. due date, randomize order, making form graded Instructors can title the name of the form The plus sign allows instructors to create questions Instructor can set the visibility of the form to either visible or hidden. Four question types are able to be created Essay question: questions that students will type up a response to Likert question: questions that are answered using a scale, i.e. strongly agree, slightly agree, and disagree.  Multiple Choice question: students will have the option to choose from a variety of set responses. True/False question: students respond to a statement with either True or false.
