While in a Teams meeting, click on the More icon in the top menu.
Click Start recording.
Recording and transcription will start automatically.
Recording will stop when the meeting ends. To stop the recording earlier, click the More icon and Stop recording.
Recordings automatically save. It may take a few minutes for meeting recordings to be processed.
Once the recording has been saved it will be posted in the meeting chat and available to all participants.
Recordings can be shared with others or saved in OneDrive or SharePoint for long term storage.
