Ultra Conversion refers to the process of changing existing

needs to be undertaken for upcoming courses only. Original courses from the current or previous academic terms will remain unaltered in their current state.
There are 2 approaches that instructors can take in converting to convert a previous term’s Original course (ie i.e., Fall 2023) into an upcoming Ultra course (ie i.e., Fall 2024).
Bulk conversion: Converts the entire This will copy and convert everything in the Original course, including all content, files, and assessments, into the upcoming Ultra course.
Manual rebuild: Rebuild This requires instructors to rebuild the basic organizational structure in the a blank Ultra course, then easily populate modules/folders by selecting and copy coping course items from the Original version.

Regardless of method, it is highly recommended that you perform a comprehensive side-by-side review of your the Original and Ultra course, courses is performed post conversion prior to the start of your course.
Nothing will change with the older version, nothing will be lost and you will be able to easily access those materials.
