Getting Started
On a page using Page Builder, click Add Widget.
Select the UC Events Calendar widget.
The documentation below references calendars by both text identifiers (ex. Student Activities) and number IDs (ex. 28). Both are valid depending on their use, and we will will outline those differences below in similar note fields. You may also use the table below to convert one to the other. Note that calendar IDs were given to legacy calendars created before 8/23/23 – newer calendars will not have IDs.

Linking to the Current Month of Your Calendar
To link to the current day, week, or month of your calendar, you should follow the formula below.
https://events.uconn.edu/ + [day | week | month] + /groups/ + the name of chosen calendar(s)
For instance, for a view of events for the current week for the “Early College Experience” calendar, the link would be
https://events.uconn.edu/week/groups/Early%20College%20Experience
To create a view for multiple calendars, follow the directions above and copy the names from the address bar. The result for a monthly view of “Early College Experience” and “Education Abroad” events might look something like
https://events.uconn.edu/month/groups/Early%20College%20Experience%7CEducation%20Abroad is being replaced by the UConn Events Calendar.
