How do I access the Midterm Grades Dashboard?

  1. Log into Microsoft 365.

  2. Select Apps from the navigation pane.

  3. Search for the Power BI app

    1. You can search using the Explore by category option, or

    Microsoft 365 searching for Power BI using Explore by Category - Productivity

    b. you can access the Search bar and type in Power BI

  4. Select the Powerr BI app.

  5. You should see a Midterm Grades entry under My Apps.

  6. Select the entry, and you will be presented with the Midterm Grades Dashboard.

How do I refresh the Midterm Grades dashboard each week?

Each week, there will be a new retrieval of grades that were added to the Midterm Grades Roster. To ensure that you have access to the latest set of grades:

  1. Hit the F5 key (Windows) or Command + R keys (Mac) to retrieve the latest version of the dashboard dataset.

  2. Select the Refresh visuals button to update all of the KPIs (visuals) with the latest data.

  3. Select the dashboard Reset button.
