Log in to the Office 365 web portal or navigate directly to https://www.into office.com/launch/stream?auth=2 and skip to step 4.
Click on the grid, or “waffle”, icon in the top left-hand corner.
Click on All apps and then choose Stream. Choose Stream. If needed, click on All apps to see the complete list of apps.
You may bookmark this page for easy access in the future.Click on Upload in the top banner.
In the popup window, find your file and click on Open.
A new popup will appear, asking you where you would like to save the video in your cloud storage. The default is OneDrive. Click on Change location if you would like to set the folder in which to save the file.
Once the video has finished uploading, you will see a new popup box in the lower-right corner of your window.
Click on Open to see the video and make changes to it.
You may change
The Thumbnail: this is the image that appears before you press Play.
The “About video” toggle shows/hides the video description below the video player.
You may add a description to the video now.You may generate a Transcription or upload an existing one.
The video is now in your cloud location and can be shared like any other OneDrive/SharePoint file. Click on Share if you would like to share it.
