1. On your keyboard, press Windows + R to open the Run window.

2. Copy and paste the follow code into the window:

   %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

3. Press Enter.

4. The OneDrive icon will disappear and then reappear. If the icon doesn’t appear again, return to Step 1 but enter the following code instead:

   %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe

5. Click on Ok.

6. Sign into OneDrive and allow Navigate to s.uconn.edu/onedrive.

   1. Click on My Files in the lefthand menu.

   2. Click on Sync in the top toolbar.

   3. Follow this guide if you need help: OneDrive - Windows Desktop Sync

7. Allow your computer some time to resynchronize itself with the cloud.
