Every network-connected device has an IP address and a unique MAC address that identifies it on the network. This article covers how to find the MAC address on devices commonly registered with ITS.
The MAC address, sometimes referred to as a Physical Address, can be found in the device’s About, System Information, or Network Settings page. A MAC address comprises 12 letters and numbers typically separated with colons or hyphens, such as xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx or xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx.
