Begin the Meeting.
Click on the Record button in the bottom row of buttons in the window
You may begin and stop the recording as many times as you wish. Each recording will be a separate file in your My Recordings list. If you do not want to create separate recordings, use the Pause option.

Pausing or Stopping the Recording
Click on the Record button to make the small window pop up. Make the choice of pausing the recording, stopping the recording, or clicking the small X in the top-right of this window to close the window and continue recording.
When you click Stop, another window will pop up asking if you are sure that you want to stop. This window will remind you of your ability to pause the recording in case pausing is more appropriate.
