  1. Log in to your Student Administration System account.

  8. In the Advisee Student Center, click the Scheduler Builder link under Academics.

  9. Click Open Schedule Scheduler Builder.

  10. The College Scheduler tool will open in a new tab. Select the appropriate Term followed by Save and Continue.

Emailing a Potential Schedule to your Advisee

Once you identify a desired schedule is chosen, you can email this potential schedule to your advisee.

  1. From your desired chosen Potential Schedule, click Email.

  2. Enter the fields in the Send Schedule via Email modal window that appears. Click Email Schedule.

  3. To exit the student’s College Scheduler, close the Colleger College Scheduler tab in your browser.
