After a Webex session concludes, the scheduler use that created the session is able to download an attendance report. Follow this guide to learn how.

  1. Sign into UConn Webex.

    1. If this is for a department or classroom account, please use uconnvtc.webex.com.

  2. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the window, and then choose My Reports.

  3. If you hosted a Meeting, click Click the first item in the list, titled Usage Report.For Events, see below.

  4. Make sure the date range shown contains the Meeting you are looking for.

  5. Click the Display Report button.

  6. Click on the correct Meeting in the results.
    (warning) Note: You may see many entries entitled [Your Name]'s Personal Room. Use the date, timestamp, and attendance count to determine the correct Meeting.

  7. Once you click on the Meeting's log, you will see a summarized view of the log. To see the full log, click Export in the top-right corner. This button creates a CSV file that you may download and open in a spreadsheet program (Excel).

Note

Simply changing the date range to the earliest month listed may result in an error. If you run into this, change the [day] to today's date plus 1. Example, if today is the 10th, set the first date to the 11th of the earlier month.

Hosting Events

  • In the Webex Events section, click on Attendance Report.

  • Make sure the date range shown contains the Event you are looking for.

  • Click on the Display Report button.

  • Click on the correct Event in the results.

    if you ran the same Event more than once, possibly for testing purposes, it will appear as multiple entries

    In the screenshot below, you will see that the Event has been run many times in order to create these Knowledge Base articles.
  • If you have multiple entries, you may use the time stamp and Attended count to determine which entry is the correct one.
