  1. Click the OneDrive for Business icon in the bottom right of the Windows taskbar.

    1. If you don’t see the OneDrive cloud icon you may need to click the upwards arrow to see the hidden icons.

    2. If you have both a personal OneDrive and OneDrive for Business accounts, you may see two icons: one white (this is your "Personal" OneDrive) and one blue (your organization's OneDrive for Business).

  2. Select the OneDrive icon and select view sync problems to view the error.

  3. The sync problems error window will describe the problem and a possible fix.

  1. Click on the Windows icon or Windows Search bar in the bottom right, and search for “OneDrive”.

  2. If the OneDrive folder appears in the search results, click on the search result to open the program.

  3. OneDrive should now be running and will attempt to sync.

  1. Navigate to Control Panel by searching for “Control Panel” in the Windows Search bar in the bottom left.

  2. Select Uninstall a Program.

  3. Find “Microsoft OneDrive” in the list of programs. Double-click to start the uninstaller.
