If a fiscal officer is no longer at UConn or is otherwise unable to approve an Account eDoc, do not use the Account Edit function to change the fiscal officer. Instead, contact a Chart Manager in Accounting to make the change using an Account Global eDoc; an Account Global eDoc will not need to route to the former fiscal officer for approval. |
