This article is for faculty, staff, and students who have an active Office 365 account that would like to share their desktop or a specific app while in a meeting.
How to Share your Screen During a Teams Meeting
Select the Share content icon in the top bar.
Select the screen you wish to share from the list.
If you would like to share an individual program instead of your screen, select the desired program from under the Window heading.
As long as you are sharing, there will be a red outline around what is being shared.
You can stop sharing at any point by clicking on the Stop sharing icon on the top bar.
