Mute Participants on Entry & Mute All
Ensure participants are muted as soon as they enter the meeting so that the main presenter can be uninterrupted upfront. If necessary, the user can un-mute themselves at a later time or the meeting host can un-mute themusing the Mute on entry option, this prevents you from being uninterrupted upfront. The Participant needs to make the conscious choice of unmuting. Users can temporarily unmute themselves by holding the spacebar.
You may also disallow the Attendees Participants to unmute themselves as well. The Participants will need to communicate through the Chat until they are unmuted. If you choose to do this and would like an Attendee a Participant to speak, find them in the Participant Panel and click on the red microphone icon that sits after their name. This will not unmute them, but give them the option to unmute themself.

Disable "Anyone can share"

Once all the participants are in the meeting, the host can lock the meeting. Anyone trying to join after the meeting room has been locked will be placed in the lobby and will require authorization to enter the meeting. Learn more here: Locking the Webex Room.

Click Edit
Turn on Prevent downloading and click Save

If a user is determined, they will still be able to download the recording. This setting simply removes the download button from the page. |
