  1. Log into HuskyCT.
  2. Click on My Kaltura Media. Alternatively,
    1. Navigate to Mediaspace.
    2. Click on Guest. 
    3. Click My Media to log in.
  3. Click on the title of the video to which you wish to add captioning.
  4. Below the video on the right-hand side, click Actions. 

  5. Select Caption and Enrich.

    Note

    Note: The Mechanical 70 to 80% option is the only option currently configured, and is free of charge.  You should edit the captions after they are created so that they are ADA compliant, which is close to 99% accurate.

  6. Click on Submit to confirm your selection. The captions should be added within 30 minutes.  You will receive an email when they're complete.
  7. Once your captions are complete, review the article, Edit the Captions in a Kaltura Video for instructions on how to edit them.
