Administrators can use the UC Search Match tool in the Student Administration System.

The UC Search Match page is a snapshot view of a person’s active, current row. It displays the person’s relationship with the University. Review the Data Types for UC Search Match section below for included data types. 

Data Types for UC Search Match

  • Acad Plan

  • Acad Program

  • Addresses

  • Admit Term

  • Applicant Data (Admissions)

  • Birthdate

  • Campus

  • Career

  • Email

  • EmplID

  • Gender

  • Phone #

  • SSN (Nat'l ID)

  • Status (for all careers)

  • Prospect Data (Admissions)

Using UC Search Match

To use UC Search Match, 

  1. Log in

  2.  to

  4. Click

     Navigation icon. 

  6. Click

  7. Click the Personal Information (Student) tab.

  8. Click the UC Search Match tab.

  10. Click the Search button.
