Beginning February 14th21, 2022, all Office 365 email-enabled user accounts will feature an Online Archivemailbox. Once the archive mailbox is enabled, ITS will implement a retention policy that automatically moves emails older than 2 years to the corresponding folder in the Online Archive mailbox. This retention policy helps reduce the mailbox bloat.
