Students can view how coursework would fit into a different academic program and plan using a What-If Advisement Report.

To view a What-If Advisement Report,

  1. Log in to your Student Administration account.
  2. From the Student Homepage, click the Academic Progress & Advising tile.

  3. Select What-if Advisement Report from the left menu.

  4. Click Create New Reportto set up your what-if scenario.

  5. In Career Scenario, select the Careerfor which you want the change to take place.

  6. In Program Scenario, your current academic information is displayed by default. Use the fields to set up a What-If scenario based on one or more programs of study.

    1. You can define up to three scenarios.
    2. Click Submit Requestwhen finished. 
  7. After a few moments, the What-If Report page will display. The What-If Report shows your academic progress toward graduation for the What-If scenarios entered on the previous page. Unsatisfied requirements will be expanded by default.

    1. Click the arrow next to an individual requirement to expand or collapse a single requirement. Or click collapse all or expand all buttons to collapse or expand all requirements. 
    2. To view as a pdf document, click View Report as PDF at the top of the report.
    3. To view your plan of study, click Plan of Study at the top of the report. 

      Note

      If the PDF document does not appear, disable pop-up blockers on your browser and try again.
