On the dashboard, go to Appearance > Menus.
Locate the drop down menu towards the top of the page labeled 'Select a menu to edit', select 'Top Nav'.
Drag and drop to reorder the navigation items.
To make a dropdown menu you will need to create a placeholder menu item
Click on Custom Links
Enter a # sign
and the Label can be whatever you'd like to call this group of pages.
