There is currently a mix-up in the auto-generated emails that are created upon scheduling your EventWebinar. The Attendees are given the Panelist call-in password. The email states the correct password, but in the instructions that follow below, the hyperlinked phone number includes the Panelist password instead of the Event Webinar password. If a user calls this number, they will join as a Panelist with a live microphone without realizing it. Note: Clicking on this hyperlinked number while on a mobile phone will tell your phone to dial the whole number.

- Webex Events Webinars is a great option for hosting seminars/events and delivering content to many people remotely.
- Use Webex Events Webinars when the presentation is one-way. In other words, there is no, or very limited, vocal audience participation.
- An Event A Webinar can have up to 1,000 participants.
- Webex Events Webinars is web-based so there is no need for a VPN and do not use a Remote Desktop Connection.
- The audience may use Chat and Q&A.
- Panelists, Cohosts, and the Host may make use of the Practice Session.

- there is just one join link for both Panelists and Attendees.
