If using a personal Mac, but you have not set up anything with the UConn network (Direct Access or RDP), it is recommended to use an external drive (if the customer has the full version of Citrix). You can save to the external hard drive from AnyWare and then save to the Mac from the external drive (you cannot move directly with the Mac, unlike Windows).
