This article is for students, faculty and staff who wish to mark a task complete using Microsoft Planner. All members of a team can mark tasks complete regardless of who it is assigned to. To mark a task complete,

  1. Log into Office 365
  2. Click on the grid icon in the top left hand corner.
  3. Click on All apps
  4. Select Planner from the menu that appears.
  5. Locate the task in your To do list.
  6. Click the circle next to the task name.
