Staff:
Our principal part time hired staff consists of:
- Drumline Instructor
- Front Ensemble Instructor
- Color Guard Instructor
In addition, we would like to have an Assistant Color Guard Instuctor and several "techs" for the drumline.
We have relied heavily on our faithful alumni whose dedication to the UCMB provides a motivation beyond monetary gain alone to be part of and help the UCMB and we have been tremendously fortunate to have extremely talented people to serve in these positions. UConn's graduates are have high professional aspirations that take them places that offer their career opportunities to flourish and advance. With UConn being located far from and the main population centers it is often difficult to find the talented people we need to fill the above positions. We have been extremely fortunate but continued development may require additional funding to find or retain the level of talent and ambition we need.
