Chart Managers can change large amounts of data at a time using the Account Global eDoc, which is available through in Kuali Financial Systems Financials (KFS). For example, if a Fiscal Officer is retiring, a Chart Manager can change all of the accounts where that person is the Fiscal Officer using a single document.
To request a mass change, send an email request to one of the Chart Managers. John Petrizzo (john.petrizzo@uconn.edu) in the Accounting Office. Fiscal Officer changes require that the department head is copied on the email request.
