Staff can create a new account in the Account section of the Chart of Accounts page in Kuali Financial Systems (KFS).
To create a new account,
- Navigate to the ‘Account’ Account section.
Click on the Create New button in button in the top right corner.
Note In most cases, you will not use the Create New option. Copying a similar existing account is the faster approach. For more information about this option, review the article, seeCopying an Existing Account. [insert hyperlink]
