Page Comparison

Staff can search for an asset on the Capital Assets page in Kuali Financial Systems (KFS).  

To search for an asset,

1.  Navigate Navigate to the ‘Capital Assets’ Capital Assets page. 
2. Click on Asset.

3. To search for multiple assets, enter the pipe symbol symbol between each asset, as shown in the field highlighted below.

   The pipe symbol (|) is located below the Backspace key on your keyboard.

   
   

   • All the tag numbers you include in your search will show up in the ‘Search Results’ section section.

Asset Status Codes

• A – Active, Capital equipmentEquipment 
• N - Active, Controllable Property 
• D – Active,  Non Cap FY11Non-Capital FY11 
• R – Retired, Capital equipmentEquipment 
• O – Retired, Non-capital equipmentCapital Equipment
