- Go to the printer settings. Apple Logo (top left corner) > System Preferences > Printers & Scanners
- Click the plus ( + ) button to add a printer.
- In the Add printer window, navigate to the IP tab. (The middle Globe icon)
- Enter the Hostname or IP address of the printer. Hostnames are followed by the domain .printer.uconn.edu (Example below)
- If using a Xerox printer/copier, select Line Printer Daemon - LPD.
