Pickup or Drop-off Procedure

Starting August 15th, we will be reopening our main entrance at the 1st floor of the Homer Babbidge Library. Starting on this date, our North Entrance location will close and we ask that you come to the 1st floor to drop off, pick up, and troubleshoot your device. |
- You will receive a link (provided below) in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pickup loaner laptops/iPads.
- At your scheduled time, go to the Homer Babbidge Library North Entrance located at 369 Fairfield Way.
15-Minute Short Term Parking can be found next to the Library loading dock
Long Term Parking (Longer than 15 Minute) can be found in the South Garage.
- The Technical Service Center Quick Support Desk is located just inside the library doors.
