- Navigate to ‘Accounting’.
- Click on Activities.
- Select Internal Billing.
- In the ‘Income’ section, complete the following fields:

- Click the Add button.
- In the ‘Expense’ section, complete the following fields:

- Click the Add button.
Complete the ‘Items’ tab, if you wish. You are not required to do so, however.

If you choose not to complete the ‘Items’ tab, use the ‘Explanation’ field on the Document Overview tab instead, so that the customer knows why they are being charged. You can also add an attachment if one is available. Internal Billings valued $5,000 and up must have an attachment for Accounting Office approval.
