- Find the Printer on the print server using the Run command as shown above.
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
Select Add a printer or scanner. If the printer isn't listed, select, The printer that I want isn't listed.
- Select the radio button "Select a shared printer by name" option and type in the \\print server name\printer name and click Next (e. E.g. , \\print.svr.uconn.edu\DDS-FoodCourt)
- The printer should then install with the correct driver.
