Administrators can manage student residential addresses in the Student Administration System.

To update an existing residential address, 

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 
  2. Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.

  9. Enter criteria to search for the student on the Find an Existing Value page.

  10. Click Search.

    Note

    If you have made Add/Update a Person a Favorite, you can skip the steps above.  Refer to the Managing Your Favorites article for more information.  


  11. At the top of the page, locate the address type you wish to update.
  12. Click Edit/View Address Detail.
  13. Click the + symbol.
  14. Change the Effective Date as needed.
  15. Enter the Country code. To select a Country code
    1. Click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the field from the Lookup List.
    2. On the Lookup Country page, click Look Up. A list of values for Country will display.
    3. Click View All for all Country codes to appear.

      Note
      The Country code must be entered first to view the appropriate fields for the Address.


  16. Click Update Addresses.
  17. Enter the address information.

    Note
    Address information should be entered using appropriate upper and lower case.


  18. Click OK.
  19. Click OK.
  20. Click Save.

To add a new residential address, 

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System.

  3. Click the Navigation icon. 
  4. Click the Campus Community tab
  5. Click the Personal Information (Student) tab
  6. Click the Biographical (Student) tab
  7. Click the Addresses/Phones tab
  8. Click theAddresses tab. 
  9. On the Find an Existing Value page, enter criteria to search for the student.
  10. Under Add Address Types, check the Address Type you would like to add.
  11. Under Add Address, change the Effective Date as needed.
  12. Enter the Country code. To select a Country code from the Lookup List,
    1. Click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the field.
    2. On the Lookup Country page, click Look Up. A list of values for Country will display.
    3. Click View All for all Country codes to appear.

  13. Click Edit Address.
  14. Enter the student's address information.

    Note
    Note: Address information should be entered using appropriate upper and lower case.


  15. Click OK.
  16. Click Submit.
  17. Click Save.
