Administrators can access audit service indicators in the Student Administration System.

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 
  2. Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click the Navigator icon.

  4. Click the Campus Community tab

  5. Click the Service Indicators (Student) tab.

  6. Click the Audit Service Indicators tab.

  7. Enter the criteria you wish to search by. For example:
    • User ID (generally the 1st initial and 1st seven characters of the last name in all caps) for those placed or removed by a specific person
      OR
    • EmplID or Last Name and First Name for those placed or removed for a specific student.
  8. Click Search.
    Click Search
  9. Each entry in the results list represents a Service Indicator and an action (add or delete).
  10. Click an entry in the results list to view the Service Indicator information.
  11. Click Cancel to return to the search results.
  12. To perform another search, click the arrow icon to the left of Service Indicator Audit Search.
