Faculty, students, and staff who have a NetID can also access to the UConn Webex site.

While anyone can join a Webex session, users who have NetIDs can create a UConn Webex account to have all the features associated with paid-accounts. Accounts are created automatically upon following the steps belowa user's first sign-in. See the instructions below to create your account.

First Time Setup - 30 seconds

  1. Navigate to the UConn WebEx Web Conferencing page. 

  2. Press the green UConn WebEx Login button. 

  3. Click on the blue Sign In button.

    Note
    If you are already signed in with your NetID on another page, you might bypass this page; continue from Step 5.


  4. Log into Webex using your NetID and NetID password.

    Tip

    If this is your first time logging into this website, your Webex account will be automatically created while you are signing in.


  5. You are now looking at your Webex home page. 
    1. Click on Start a Meeting to start your Personal Room. 
    2. Click on Start to begin a Scheduled Meeting. 
    3. Click on Schedule to schedule a Meeting.
