Administrators can view and print transcripts in the Student Administration System. 

To view and/or print a transcript, 

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 
  2. Navigate to Records and Enrollment >
  3. Click on Transcripts.
  4. Select Transcript Request. 
  5. Click Add a New Value.Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner.

  6. Click the Navigator button from the menu.

  9. Click the Request Transcript Report tab.

  10. Click the Add a New Value tab.

  11. Click the Transcript Request Header tab.

  12. From the Institution drop-down list, choose UCONN.
  13. From the Transcript Type drop-down list, choose the type.

    From the Output Destination drop-down list, choose Page or Printer.

  14. NoteSelecting Printer will give you the option to indicate the Number of Copies you need. The copies will then

    In the Number of Copies field,  enter the number of copies you need.

    Note
     The number of copies indicated will be produced in Adobe Reader.


  15. Click Transcript Request Detail tab. 
  16. In the ID field, enter the appropriate ID.

    1. To select an ID from the Lookup List, click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the field.
    2. On the Lookup ID page, type some search criteria.
    3. Click Look Up. A list of IDs will display. 

      Note
      You may need to click View All for all IDs to appear.


  17. To run more than one transcript at a time, click the plus sign.

  18. Repeat Step 10a12a-c.

    Note
    If you continue to use the plus sign on the last row added, the transcripts will be printed in alphabetical order from the Request Detail page.


  19. Click Click Go back to Transcript Request to return to the Transcript Request component.Process Request.

    Click the Print button on the Report Results page to print the transcript you are viewing.

    Note

    If you processed more than one transcript and would like to print them all at once, return to the Request Detail page and click the Print All button.

  20. Click Report Manager.
  21. Click Refresh until the report status is Posted.
  22. Click Transcript to view and print the transcript(s) in Adobe Reader.
  23. Process Request Image Added
  24. Click the View Report link to see transcript details via Adobe Reader.  
  25. Click the Print button, as desired.
