Advisors can view class schedules in the Student Administration System.

To view class schedules as an advisor,

1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 
2. Navigate to Self Service. 

   • Click on Faculty Center. The Faculty Center will automatically display your Teaching Schedule for the current semester.

3. Click the Advisor Center tab at the top of the page. The My Advisees page will display.

4. Click View Student Details Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner.

5. Click the Navigator button from the menu.

6. Click the Self Service tab.

7. Click the Advisor Center tab.

8. Click the My Advisees tab. The My Advisees page will display.

9. Click the the View Student Details link to see an advisee's   Student Center.

10. Click the icon in the left column to view Academic Calendar Deadlines, if desired.Click Weekly Faculty Center tab to view My Schedule.

11. From the My Schedule page, click View Weekly Teaching Schedule to see a calendar view of the weekly schedule, if as desired.
