Students who have a negative service indicator (hold or bari.e., a hold) on their record can view and learn more about the hold. 

To view holds,

1. Log in to your into the Student Administration account.Navigate to the Main MenuSystem. 
2. Click on Self-Service. 
3. Select Student Center. Your Student Center will appear. Any holds on your record will display under the Holds & Indicators section of the Student Center page.

4. For more information about the hold, click the details link.

5. Click on the Holds tab.

6. To view holds, click

   the link in

   anywhere within the boxes under the Hold

   Item column.

   Different types of holds are placed on your record by various offices, such as Registrar, Bursar, Health Services, and Financial Aid, for a variety of reasons. Possible reasons for holds include: enrollment

   Details about the hold will include the reason for which the hold was placed, and the appropriate actions to take for removing the hold.

7. Review the Hold Details. 
8. Click the  Return button to return to the Student Center.
