Students who have a negative service indicator (i.e., a holdhold or bar) on their record can view and learn more about the hold. 

To view holds,

1. Log into the in to your Student Administration Systemaccount.
2. Navigate to the Main Menu. 
3. Click the Action List tile on the Homepage.
   Image RemovedClick on the Holds tab. 
   Image Removedon Self-Service. 
4. Select Student Center. Your Student Center will appear. Any holds on your record will display under the Holds & Indicators section of the Student Center page.

5. For more information about the hold, click the details link.

6. To view holds, click anywhere within the boxes under the link in the Hold listing.

   Item column. Different types of holds are placed on your record by various offices, such as Registrar, Bursar, Health Services, and Financial Aid, for a variety of reasons. Possible reasons for holds include : enrollment, transcripts, enrollment and transcripts, or no service impact (informational only). Details about the hold will include the reason for which the hold was placed , and the appropriate actions to take for removing the hold.
   
7. Review the Hold Details. 
8. Click the red X button when finished.

9. Click the Return button to return to the Student Center.
