Page Comparison

University delegates can access and view the status of a student's financial aid in the Student Administration System using the View Financial Aid tool. 

To view financial aid as a delegate, 

1. Navigate to the Student Administration login page. 
2. Select Click the Main Menu drop-down at the top of the opening page.
3. In the drop-down, select Self-Service.
4. Under Shared Information Center, click Financial Aid.

5. Click the year for which you wish to view FAFSA information and packaging status. DELEGATE LOGIN button. 
6. Enter your user ID and password. 
7. Click the Shared Info Center tile on the Homepage.

5. Click the Financial Aid tab within the listing on the far left of the page.

6. Click within the Delegate Name box.

7. To Change Aid Year, Click the Change button. 

8. Select the desired year based on the selection options available within the Select a Value pop-up window. 

9. To access your Financial Aid Award details, toggle between the sub-tabs for both Awards & Financial Aid Summary.
