- Create a recording like you normally would. It is always recommended to "Save to Cloud" for file safety. Once your Recording is available for download, download the Recording onto your computer.

- Open QuickTime and open the recording.
- Click on File → Export → Audio Only...
- Give the file a name and choose where to save it.
- Click Save.
