1. Once the Teams meeting has been recorded, the recording will be posted in the Meeting chat.

2. Click the 3 dots in the top right of the recording and select "Share"

3. When the share menu pops up, it will ask "Want to make this recording available to everyone in your org?

5. If you want to download the meeting, paste the link into a browser which will take you to Microsoft Streams

6. Note: Only the owner of the recording can download the file.

7. To download the file, the owner has to navigate to the meeting recording link then select the 3 dots located next to the "Like" option and select "Download video"

8. The recording will download as a .mp4 to your Computer. You can distribute the .mp4 file to anyone who may need it.
