This article is for administrators seeking information regarding viewing and printing a transfer credit report in the Student Administration System, and will provide instructions on how to do so.

The Transfer Credit Summary reports which classes were accepted and rejected.

To view and/or print a transfer credit report, 

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 
  2. Navigate to Records and Enrollment.
  3. Click on Transfer Credit Evaluation
  4. Select Transfer Credit Summary.
  5. Click Search to view your existing Run Control IDs.
    1. From the list, select a Run Control ID.
      1. If the only one that appears in the list is your User ID in all capital letters, or you wish to create another Run Control ID, click Add a New Value.
  6. In the ID field, enter the appropriate ID.
    1. To select an ID from the Lookup List, click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the field.
    2. On the Lookup ID page, type the student’s name.
    3. Click Look Up. A list of IDs will display. 

      Note
      You may need to click View All for all IDs to appear.


  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Generate Report.
  9. Click Report Manager.
  10. Click Refresh until the report status is Posted.
  11. Click Student Transfer Credit Eval to view and print the report in Adobe Reader.
  12. Click Go back to Transfer Credit Summary to return to the Transfer Credit Summary page.
