This article is for students, faculty, and staff who experience slow connection speeds or are unable to access UConn network resources over Wi-Fi when the Pulse VPN client application is installed.

Ensure that Pulse VPN is connected.
- Open Control Panel and select Network and Sharing Center then select Change adapter settings.
- Right-click on the WiFi adapter.
- Select Properties.
- Un-check the box for Juniper Network Service.
- Click OK.
- Right-click on the Pulse Secure virtual adapter, if it exists.
- Select Properties.
- Un-check the box for Juniper Network Service.
- Click OK.
- Restart your computer.
