If you wish to view a previously-created calendar in another application, you may find it useful to export and then import your calendar. Importing calendars to Office 365 online under the UConn domain is not possible at this time. |
Outlook 2013 and 2016
Importing a Calendar into Outlook from a .ical or .vcs file
- Open your Outlook Calendar.
- Click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs).
- Click Next.
- Select file name.
- Click OK.
- Select whether you’d like to import this as a new calendar, or add the items to your current calendar.

- Open your Outlook Calendar.
- Click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
Select Import from another program or file > Next.
- Select Comma Separated Values > Next.
- Select Browse > Open.
- After selecting duplicate handling options, click Next.
- Select Calendar.
- Click Next.
- Make sure you have Import… selected.
- Click Finish.
