Recommended Option
- Fill out the AV Consultation Request to schedule a consultation with the Academic IT department (AIT). They will assess the AV needs of the specified conference room.
- A staff member from AIT will get in touch with you to determine the best equipment for the needs of the room.
- After the equipment has been installed, follow this guide on connecting a remote participant using the video conference equipment.
